Spa Etiquette
Hello, Meet DrSpa.

For the full enjoyment of your time at DrSpa®, we would appreciate greatly if all guests respect and observe our spa policies.

For your convenience, you can make an appointment via our website, through email, by phone or in person. Bookings must be secured with a credit card. For email and phone bookings, we ask that you return us a signed copy of the charge authorization form within 48 hours; otherwise, your slot may be released. Please note guests must be at least 18 years old. Kindly refrain from bringing young children as peace and quiet is essential in a spa environment.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule. Out of consideration for others, we ask you to kindly notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 50% charge will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment; a 100% charge will be incurred for no-show.

Special Request
You may ask for a specific therapist when you make your appointment and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee that your request is available at all times. Do be assured that all DrSpa® therapists are equally trained to be proficient in all treatments.

Health Conditions
Do advise us if you are pregnant, suffer from any ailment, allergy or injury at the time of booking. This will help us prepare or modify the treatments to best suit you. During treatment, your therapist will also continually assess and address your needs to ensure your comfort.

As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments will end at the scheduled times. If you are late, your session may need to be shortened. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment; this will also help you relax, calm down and prepare for a more therapeutic experience.

How to Prepare Yourself
For your comfort as well as for more effective treatment, allow at least 2 hours between your last meal and your appointment; an empty stomach will help divert blood circulation to the treatment area for maximum effect. Do not epilate, shave or wax 48 hours before and after your treatment to minimize skin reactions. Do not suntan at least one week before any face treatment.

What to Wear
For body treatments, plush cotton robes as well as disposable undergarments, caps and slippers will be provided. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the treatments for your privacy.

Keeping the Peace
We ask that you help maintain the tranquil environment of the spa by keeping quiet or speaking softly, if necessary. Mobile phones should be turned off or switched to silent mode. The use of other electronic devices in the treatment rooms is strongly discouraged.

Feedback and Gratuities
Compliments are welcome as are other comments you may have to help us make the DrSpa® experience better for you. While we appreciate your generosity, we do not encourage the tipping of therapists. Instead we ask that you contribute to our charitable cause of the month; please approach the spa concierge for more information.
